In the wastelands, about 150 miles from the guarded area PAESEC knows as the 'crossroads' rests a nuclear reactor, marked Pripyat # 12. While it was dead and not producing electricity its measuring on the Geiger scale spiked what was normal for the wastelands. Activity has been spotted along its radiation rich terrain of the surrounding area, people that were very tan. bordering orange skinned, seen active and building shelters. Occasional flashings of light from stable wormholes showing in the night.
