A delicacy not seen since Earth Prime has been rediscovered within Celestial City this week.
With the discovery of a natural saltwater sea within the wastelands, fishermen have flocked to the area and discovered a rare form of skate.
The ray-like creatures were once considered a delicacy on Earth. The skates seem to be safe for consumption, though the food regulation committees have yet to make their final determination.

A new regulation regarding metahuman and civilian detainment went before the committees today. With representatives on both sides arguing their points before the city council.
The new initiative would require a total rewrite of the current disciplinary actions protocols, but could potentially solve several problems with the current procedures.
While the hearings are ongoing, it looks promising. With both sides eventually coming to an agreement and beginning to draft out initial protocols and procedures.

The new disciplinary procedures would allow for multiple choices of disciplinary action and alternatives to incarceration, while increasing public service and cultural events. More to come as this story progresses.
