This is an update. The Villain known as Glacier is again wanted by the Protectorate for suspected involvement in the attack on the PAE tower. Subject is considered extremely dangerous and is recommended to be brought to the Protectorate alive. Alive ensures the Protectorate can interrogate properly and also ensures that a reward will be given to the individual or organization that brings her in.
