CHARACTER'S BACKSTORY :Jessica was born to a wealthy family in the upper district of mean streets, she was always taught that she was to always help those in need and that had stuck with her through all her life, she had a happy life until her parents where killed in a car accident. On that day she vowed that she would never let anyone else feel the pain she felt on that day, she began training with the most dangerous people from black ops agents to gangsters of the underworld, using her money to get the best instructors she can, by the time she came of age she donned the mantle Dark Shadow and began her patrols in mean streets, she then heard of the famous celestial city and decided her talents would be suited over there.

1. gadgets: dark shadow has plenty of gadgets in her belt to assist her in her investigations
2. Her background in gymnastics has helped enhanced her agility, stamina, speed.
3. Martial arts training: Upon trying to improve her chances of joining the police, she took up martial arts training and is skilled in various styles making her a formidable fighter.
4. Hacking: jessica is extremely skilled with computers, knowing the ins and outs of various operating systems. She has also learned how to extend those skills to breaking into other systems through backdoor methods or virus and has become very adept at overcoming security systems and gaining intel.
