Celestial City Roleplay Application

SL NAME (Display Name and Screen Name): Will Bellic

HERO/VILLAIN NAME: Carbon

CHARACTER TYPE (Hero, villain, or citizen?): Villain, Henchman level

CIVILIAN/ALTER EGO NAME: Formerly Frank Kellerton

AGE (all characters must be at least 18): 28

CHARACTER'S BACK-STORY :

Growing up as the youngest kid in a rough neighborhood certainly didn't give Frank prospects for a bright and promising future. While others did manage to escape, Frank fell in with the wrong crowds, always looking to make a quick buck and "become someone." He proved himself valuable to the local gang as an enforcer.

When he arrived in Celestial City, not knowing anything else, Frank went looking for the same sort of arrangement. That is how he fell in with the Shadow Elite. Things weren't really all that different for him, though the police force seemed to be a little easier to avoid.

But when they came to him with an offer, he found himself unable to resist. There was a chance the procedure would kill him. But if it didn't, he would become massively powerful. He didn't need to think twice before signing on the dotted line.

POWERS: List your character's powers, and describe the limits of the powers (i.e. Super strength: hits with 10 tons maximum blunt force). If you need ideas, go to the following website: http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/List ... _Abilities

1. Strong: Carbon isn't strong enough to go toe-to-toe with truly powerful supers, but he has strength enough to rip open bank vaults, flip over cars, and deal with normal humans with ease. He can lift and manipulate approximately 3 tons.

2. Rapid Repair: Though covered in rock, the material is not as hard as it would seem. It has a consistency closer to charcoal and is prone to flaking and chipping off from many attacks. However, because the core inside him continues to produce the carbon material, any damage to his form repairs rapidly. There is still a human brain sloshing around inside all that rock, though. As such, he is susceptible to being knocked out and concussed by sudden shifts in movement.

3. Carbon Fumes: The beast breathes out vile and noxious gas and can increase the production at will. These fumes have been known to make it very difficult to breathe at close range, acting as an effective knockout gas sometimes.

WEAKNESSES (Unless otherwise stated, you have all normal human weaknesses):

a. Clumsy: Carbon's massive form makes him slow and bulky.

b. Unskilled fighter: As Frank, he never really learned how to fight. For him, it was really just all about the sucker punch. As Carbon, even if he knew how to fight, his bulky form would make anything but the most basic forms of attack possible.

c. Follower: Frank has never been much of a free thinker. He's good at doing what he's told.
